2.1 Organic & Natural Variations: Our products (including but not limited to hair butters, face toners, and lotions) are handcrafted using organic and natural ingredients. Due to the nature of these ingredients, slight variations in color, texture, and scent may occur between batches. These variations do not affect the quality or efficacy of the product and are a testament to its natural origin.
2.2 Medical Disclaimer: The content provided on this site is for informational purposes only and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Our products are cosmetic in nature.
Allergy Warning: We recommend performing a “patch test” on a small area of skin before full use, especially if you have known sensitivities. 4. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
4.1 Shipping Policy: Orders are processed within 3-7 business days. Delivery times vary based on your location.
4.2 Risk of Loss: All items purchased from RLA Organics are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
5. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
5.1 Hygiene & Safety: Due to the nature of our products (personal care and cosmetics), we do not accept returns for hygiene and safety reasons.
5.2 Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us at business@rlaorganics.com within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund upon receipt of damage/wrong item on store credit.
5.3 Return Window: For damaged or wrong items, our return policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
