1. Are your hair growth products for all hair types?
A: Yes! Our hair growth products are formulated to meet the needs of all hair types and textures.
2. How long before I see results with your hair growth products?
A: Eventhough results may vary per person, consistency is the secret ingredient for positive result.
3. Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship? We currently ship exclusively to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
How long will it take to get my order? Once you place an order, we typically process and pack it within 3 – 7 business days. After that, standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days, depending on your location. Priority takes 1-3 days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package ships.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes? Yes, we ship to P.O. Boxes within the United States via USPS.
My package says “delivered” but I can’t find it. Please check your mailbox, porch, or with neighbors first. occasionally carriers mark packages as delivered before they arrive. If you still cannot locate your package after 24 hours, please contact us immediately at business@rlaorganics.com
4. Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy? Please check our returns & refunds conditions in the terms and condition section.
How do I initiate a return? To start a return, please email us 12-24hrs after order has been made with your Order Number and the reason for the return. We do offer refunds unless your order has been shipped! Due to the hygienic nature of the products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Can I return used products? No! Due to the nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns.
What if my item arrives damaged? We are so sorry about that! If your product arrives damaged or leaking, please email us a photo of the damage within 24 hours of delivery to business@rlaorganics.com We will happily send a replacement or issue a refund upon our receipt of damage product.
5. Product & Ingredients
Are your products all-natural? Yes! RLA Organics is dedicated to using high-quality, organic and natural ingredients. We believe in feeding your skin and hair with the best nature has to offer, free from harsh synthetic chemicals.
Why does my product look different from the photo? Because we use natural and organic ingredients, slight variations in color, texture, and scent can occur from batch to batch. This is completely normal and is a sign of the product’s natural origin—it does not affect the product’s quality or effectiveness!
What is the shelf life of your products? Since we avoid strong synthetic preservatives, our products are best used within 6 months of opening. We recommend storing them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to maintain freshness.
Are your products safe for sensitive skin? Our formulas are gentle, but everyone’s skin is unique. We always recommend performing a patch test on a small area of skin (like your inner wrist) 24 hours before full use. If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately.
Are your products handmade? A: Yes! All of our products are handmade with quality ingredients. They’re cruelty and harsh synthetic chemical free, vegan, and made with you on mind!
5. Usage Tips
How do I use the Hair conditioner? Our Hair Conditioner is rich and concentrated.
Moisture: Apply to damp hair to seal in hydration.
Styling: Use a small amount on damp hair to define curls, twist-outs, or tame frizz. A little goes a long way!
Can I use the Body Lotion on my face? Yes, but we recommend using products specifically designed for the face (like our Face Toner and oil) for your facial skincare routine. Our Body Lotion is mostly formulated for the body and may be too heavy for delicate facial skin.
Do you test products on animals? No! Our products are tested only on humans.
